1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping package. Contact us first at support@zipokart.store to receive the correct return warehouse address.
2. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To speed up the process, please email us at support@zipokart.store with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo or short video showing the damage or the incorrect item.
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products, swimwear, or intimate apparel).
- Sale items or gift cards.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- If the fault is ours (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped), we will cover the cost of return shipping or issue a refund/replacement without requiring a return.
- If it is a change of mind (buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or you just don’t want it), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our designated return center. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
